Order processing

Orders are generally submitted for fulfillment within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary by product, supplier availability, weekends, and holidays. You will receive an email when tracking information becomes available.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Rates and estimates vary by product, destination, and supplier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple packages

Products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or locations. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact allthatishumanboutique@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. We will try to update the address before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted to a supplier or carrier. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking and delays

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear. Carrier, weather, customs, holiday, and other delays outside our reasonable control can occur. If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package is significantly delayed, contact us and include your order number so we can help investigate.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect items
