Grace above. Fire below. Liesa between.

Liesa 2.0 — Heaven & Hell Reborn by BaumDecks brings radiant angels, shadowed cathedrals, ornate gold frames, and infernal power together in a complete white-and-black Commander deck. Led by Liesa, Shroud of Dusk, this custom-art collection turns the struggle between life and death into the heart of every game.

This is a physically printed, 108-card proxy package: a 100-card Commander deck, one bonus alternate-art Liesa, five tokens, and two double-sided story/deck-list cards.

Every Spell Has a Price

Liesa makes every player lose 2 life whenever they cast a spell—including you. Lifelink and life-gain engines help you keep pace while your opponents face mounting pressure. Removal, protection, and recursion give the deck ways to survive, rebuild, and turn a difficult turn into an opening.

Key Combos & How the Deck Wins

Exquisite Blood is the shared engine for three two-card finishes:

• Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond
• Exquisite Blood + Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose
• Exquisite Blood + Enduring Tenacity

With Exquisite Blood and any one of those partners under your control on the battlefield, start with an event that makes you gain life or an opponent lose life. Exquisite Blood turns an opponent’s life loss into your life gain; the partner turns your life gain into life loss for a target opponent. The triggers feed each other and can defeat the table unless an opponent interrupts the loop or an effect prevents the finish. You need only one of the three partners—not all three.

Liesa helps set the engine in motion. An opponent casting a spell while Liesa is on the battlefield can supply the first life-loss event, and Liesa’s lifelink can supply life gain through combat. Having both combo pieces already in play matters.

Other paths to victory: Liesa’s spell pressure and the deck’s life-gain payoffs can wear opponents down over several turns. Inkshield can turn an incoming attack into a flying Inkling army, while protection and recursion help you keep threats in play or recover after removal.

Estimated Commander Bracket: 4 — Optimized

Efficient tutors, strong protection, and intentional two-card life-drain loops make this a fit for high-power casual tables. This is a provisional estimate based on the deck list, not a playtested rating or a cEDH claim. Agree on combo expectations with your playgroup before playing.
